From the heart of the jungle to the clear blue skies, the world around us is wild with wonder and bursting with beauty. But what happens when we take more than we give?
From the heart of the jungle to the clear blue skies, the world around us is wild with wonder and bursting with beauty. But what happens when we take more than we give?
The Earth is full of wonderful things – from insects to birds to the humans who made their homes in all four corners of the world. Over time, humans have changed, and so have our environments. Now, it’s time for all of us to be brave and raise our voices as we become protectors of the planet.
Join author and illustrator Yuval Zommer for a trip into the Wild as well as into the skies with his book The Lights That Dance in the Night. Featuring fun draw-along activities, an interactive reading, and a chance to ask your own questions, this highly participatory event will have young readers learning how to be a steward of the planet and live a gentler life.
Yuval Zommer graduated from London’s Royal College of Art with an MA in Illustration. He then worked as a creative director at many leading advertising agencies but his passion for picture books won, and he is now the author and illustrator of highly acclaimed children’s books including the internationally bestselling The Big Book series for Thames and Hudson.
