Take a beat, have a bite, and enjoy a little lunchtime listening. With a special lineup of musicians and spoken word performers, lunch breaks have never been so lovely! On Wednesday 22 May from 12:00 – 13:30, we’ll be joined by NeuBrí.
NeuBrí came about quite organically. Michael and Stephen grew up in Clondalkin and played with each other a few times before 2020 at church events. Our love of music and wanting to do more was often the topic of conversation on journeys home. None of us were thinking about forming a group yet. We kept jamming and as a result, became closer.
NeuBrí comes from the word New, and the Irish word ‘Brí’. It means new expression, new energy, and new vibes. We love Afro Beats, RnB, hip hop and pop music. Whatever genre we play we always aim to put a unique spin on it. Since we started this journey we have been very lucky to play with Irish acts that we do like their music and also headline with one of the biggest artists from Nigerian ASAKE.
Since then we have done multiple sold-out shows and we are touring with Tolu Makay, Shiv and Qubana.
