Pulitzer Prize-winner Jennifer Egan comes to Dublin to discuss The Candy House, the latest novel from one of the most original voices in contemporary fiction.

Egan’s A Visit From the Good Squad won the 2011 Pulitzer Prize in a blaze of polyphonic glory. Over a decade later, The Candy House entices her readers back to that multi-layered story, and into a world where personal memories have become digital currency. Interconnected narrative threads weave a complex discussion about the nature of privacy and what technology has done to our humanity.

Jennifer Egan is an award-winning American novelist and short-story writer. Her first novel, The Invisible Circus, was published in 1995. 

Egan will discuss The Candy House with chair Adam Kelly, Associate Professor of English at UCD.
