Join us in the beautiful grounds of Merrion Square for a series of gentle open level Yoga classes suitable for all abilities as we connect into nature and explore how the embodied practice of Yoga allows us to tap into our inner source of creativity.
Our weekday classes are the perfect lunchtime escape of 30 mins of movement, breath and relaxation and on weekends join us for a spacious 1 hour class.
In each class our teachers will share with you how Yoga supports them in their own creative and artistic process.
On our last weekend of the 28th/29th join us for a deeper pre/post-class conversation as The Space Between team discusses how the practice of Yoga offers us the capacity to move deeper into our experience of ourselves, to find our creative edge and allow the spark of our unique expression to emerge.
The Space Between is a purpose-built, dog-friendly Yoga & Event Space just off Merrion Square, excitedly exploring a shift towards conscious living, through engagement with a wide range of practitioners, artists, talks, events and experiences.
