“A film that brings our peril into focus and what we might learn from despair.”
Alice Walker, author and activist
This Changes Everything is a film that begs a simple question: what if confronting the climate crisis is the best chance we’ll ever get to build a better world? Directed by Avi Lewis and inspired by Naomi Klein’s internationally bestselling book, the film is a detailed portrait of global communities at the frontline of climate change and a call to action for the West. Can we respond to the crisis of climate change by transforming our economic system into something better? Joining us for this special screening of the film is the director Ali Lewis and Naomi Klein who will be in conversation with Cara Augustenborg, chair of Friends of the Earth, Ireland and chair Eamonn Meehan, Executive Director of Trocaire about the current state of the climate debate in the wake of the recent Climate Change Conference in Paris.
