Come join us as we celebrate the launch of our Summer 2022 edition, our first ever all-poetry issue. Edited by Cal Doyle, the issue features an abundance of new poems alongside specially commissioned essays by leading Irish and international poets and critics. Several contributors to this glorious new issue will read poems for us on the night. We’ll also have fiction from Wendy Erskine (Sweet Home/Dance Move), Nicole Flattery (Show Them A Good Time) and Emer O’Hanlon, who has just been announced as the inaugural winner of the new Stinging Fly/FBA Fiction Prize. Emer will be presented with the prize at the event.

Funds raised from this event will go towards the Irish Red Cross’s Ukraine Crisis Appeal.

In partnership with The Stinging Fly, a literary magazine, book publisher, education provider, and online platform. The Stinging Fly is independent and not for profit, seeking to nurture, publish and promote new writing. Founded in 1997, they publish two issues a year.
