Her latest book Our National Anthem, explores the original song’s meaning highlighting how it welcomes new people to Ireland and is about standing up against inequality, bullying and unfairness. With colourful illustrations and both an Irish and phonetic Irish version of the Anthem, this musical event is fun and informative for all ages.

Rachel J. Cooper is an author and start-up publisher based in East Cork. She previously worked in maritime logistics and corporate finance, but always had a passion for writing from an early age. She further developed her style of writing and formed ideas for children’s books during the pandemic, leading her to take a risk and leave her full-time job earlier this year to start Abair Linn Publishing.
