Originally devised from the stories and writings of older women from Dublin and surrounding areas, Looking for Bang Bang An ever-evolving theatre piece where newer stories are interwoven with the original texts.

The play is generated from a collection of oral histories from people living in Dublin, depicting snapshots from different times of Dublin's recent history, presented in a unique and engaging way.

Shadowbox was formed in 1998, with a commitment to creating theatre inspired by and created from real lived experience.
