The Space Between helps prepare the body and mind to be more present and attentive. Take an hour during your ILFD visit to enjoy the combined practice of yoga and journaling.
A 60-minute yoga class in beautiful, leafy Merrion Square Park will connect you to your surroundings, awaken your mind, and explore how the embodied practice of yoga allows us to become grounded, receptive, and responsive. Combining yoga with journaling helps thoughts flow with ease and clear intention. Classes are suitable for all abilities.
A limited number of mats are provided, or you are welcome to bring your own. Sessions take place outdoors or in a festival marquee, so cosy layers are advised! Morning sessions last approximately 60 minutes.
Feel free to bring your own notebook to jot down in the flow. Paper & pens will also be supplied.
