Join us on the beautiful grounds of Merrion Square Park for a series of gentle open level Yoga classes suitable for all abilities as we connect to nature and explore how the embodied practice of Yoga allows us to tap into our inner source of creativity.
Please note: Morning sessions will last approximately 1 hour; lunchtime sessions will last approximately 45 minutes.
