On five days during the Festival, an actor will read from a guest author’s book. If you like what you hear, you can pick up a copy at Dubray, the onsite bookshop. All featured authors are speaking at ILFD, please check the programme for details of individual events. Founded in 1986, the Gaiety School of Acting has trained many of Ireland’s most prominent actors of stage and screen, including Colin Farrell, Deirdre O’Kane, Charlie Murphy, Stuart Townsend, Dawn Bradfield and Mark O’Halloran.
