Muhammad Khan is an engineer, maths teacher, and author; Emma Quigley writes books and scripts for television and theatre; Mary Watson was on the Hay Festival’s 2014 Africa 39 list of influential writers from sub-Saharan Africa.

Movies, music, comic books and much more! Brian Conaghan, Derek Landy and Katherine Webber, chaired by David O Callaghan. Brian Conaghan’s new novel, The Weight of a Thousand Feathers is out in June; Derek Landy’s new Skulduggery book Midnight will be launched at an exclusive event on Saturday 26th; and Katherine Webber’s debut is the much-loved Wing Jones.

Things are bound to get deep sea dark when Louise O’Neill and Deirdre Sullivan discuss Twisted Fairy Tales with Elaina Ryan from Children’s Books Ireland. Louise O’Neill’s latest book The Surface Breaks retells Hans Christian Andersen’s Little Mermaid; Deirdre Sullivan’s Tangleweed and Brine won the Senior Category at the Irish Book Awards.
